Interim President named

OSU welcomes Dr. James Hess

The OSU/A&M Board of Regents approved the appointment of Dr. James Hess as interim president of Oklahoma State University. A native of Henryetta, Oklahoma, Hess has served the higher education system in Oklahoma for over 43 years, and, in 2023, was inducted into the Oklahoma Higher Education Hall of Fame. Hess most recently served as vice provost for graduate programs at the OSU Center for Health Sciences, where he has exhibited exemplary leadership and vision in various roles going back to 2003.

OSUIT’s Valorant Team Aims for Strong Finish in Inaugural Season Feb 19

OSU Institute of Technology’s (OSUIT) Gaming and Entertainment Organization (GEO) has launched its first competitive Valorant team, competing in the National Esports Collegiate Conference (NECC). The team aims to finish at the top of their division and secure a postseason spot.
