NOC-Stillwater and TCC enrollment for OSU students
Financial aid:
For NOC-Stillwater or TCC enrollment to be considered approved for financial aid, the coursework must be required for the student’s degree program. Advisors must login to the NOC/TCC Approved Transfer Courses application (available from the Advisors tab in the my.okstate.edu portal) and enter the approved course details for their advisees.
Required items are:
- Institution student is taking consortium approved courses at (TCC or NOC-Stillwater)
- Course prefix of the TCC/NOC course
- Course number of the TCC/NOC course
- Course Title of the TCC/NOC course
- If the course is a "Repeated Course"
Approved courses should be entered prior to the start of the semester in order for the student to have accurate financial aid funds available. Financial Aid funds are always awarded anticipating full time status for undergraduate students. If the student is not enrolled in 12 or more hours (including TCC/NOC approved hours) before the start of the semester their financial aid funds may not be released to their Bursar Accounts.
Students have the opportunity to receive financial aid for approved classes up to the 100% Refund, Nonrestrictive Drop/Add Deadline. After that date, coursework added is not counted toward enrollment status for Federal Financial Aid.
Exceptions to the date may be made in the case of some type of institutional error. A University employee should provide, to the financial aid office, written documentation of the error.
Registrar:
OSU students who are enrolled in coursework at NOC or TCC will have their NOC/TCC enrollment hours reflected on their OSU Class Schedule via TEMP courses as follows:

The TEMP courses will reflect a summary of the total credit hour enrollment for the specific campus/approved/billable combination, and will not reflect individual course titles. Students will need to provide their advisors with a copy of their NOC or TCC class schedule for advisors to have access to class schedule details.
NOC-only students
Students who are not admitted to OSU but are enrolled at NOC-Stillwater will not be reflected as students in Banner (and thus will not have TEMP course enrollment). They will have a “General Person” record in Banner with an NOC-Only Student identification flag to facilitate provisioning of OSU ID cards and other student services.
