International Arrival Dates
You may enter the U.S. in initial F-1 status up to 30 days before the program start date on your I-20. If you are transferring your SEVIS record from another school in the U.S. and received an OSU Transfer Pending I-20, you can enter the U.S. anytime prior to the program start date.
Our representatives will meet you at the Stillwater Regional Airport on the predetermined arrival dates listed above. On these dates, we will greet and assist you with ground transportation from the Stillwater airport to the OSU campus at no additional cost. Please note that the Greeter Services are only offered for fall (August) and spring (January) semesters. Registration for spring 2025 Greeter Services will be available soon!
Admitted international students are required to arrive at OSU on the dates listed

Recommended Packing List

- Necessary medications and prescriptions
- Electronics: Laptop, cell phone, charger, USB flash drive and headphones

- Personal hygiene supplies: Toothpaste, toothbrush, lotions, band-aids, shampoo, etc.
- Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths
- Toiletries
- Bedding: Pillows, pillowcases, sheets, blankets, etc.
- Clothes, shoes and socks

Book your flight to Stillwater Live bus tracking and detailed bus arrival timesOSU-Stillwater Community Transit (Blue Route): OSU provides transit service from 6:20 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, throughout the academic year. The fare is $.75 per trip.
The commonly used Lyft and Uber rideshare services are available in Stillwater. Make sure to download and set up the Lyft or Uber app before arrival. You can use the free Wi-Fi in the Stillwater Regional Airport to request a ride.
Oklahoma City Will Rogers Airport
Book your flight to Oklahoma CityTaxis are located curbside outside between the baggage claim areas. These services are NOT FREE and require cash in U.S. currency or a credit card.
This is a charter service and is available at any time of the day. Their office is located near the baggage claim area. The fare is approximately $115 for travel to Stillwater. Oklahoma City to Stillwater will be between $110 and $130.
