Payment
You can pay your application fee online with a VISA or Mastercard or pay by cash in person. You may also mail or deliver a check or money order made out to Oklahoma State University to:

Freshmen
Application for admission requires a nonrefundable $50 application fee for domestic students.
We accept ACT, SAT and NACAC application fee waivers. Have your high school guidance counselor forward your application fee waiver to our office by email at admissions@okstate.edu, by fax at (405) 744-7092 or by mail to the address above.
We also accept application fee waivers for students who demonstrate need by receiving free or reduced lunch costs. Your high school counselor should send a letter that states that you receive free or reduced lunches by email at admissions@okstate.edu, by fax (405) 744-7092, or through the mail at the address listed above.
Transfer Students
Application for admission requires a nonrefundable $50 application fee for domestic students.
Transfer students can also receive a fee waiver based on demonstrated financial need. These waivers are approved based on information provided on your FAFSA, so please complete your FAFSA before completing a fee waiver form.
International Students
Application for international admission requires a nonrefundable $90 application fee for international students. It must be paid before your application can be processed. You may pay online with a VISA or Mastercard.
Active Duty Military or Veterans
Active duty military or honorably discharged military veterans may receive an application fee waiver from the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. To receive this fee waiver, students should submit a copy of their active duty orders or DD214 with their application materials by email at admissions@okstate.edu, by fax (405) 744-7092, or through the mail to Undergraduate Admissions, 219 Student Union, Stillwater, OK 74078.
